This is why want to live in the States-even in an economic slump down with two kids it is possible to be a stay at home mom/dad. Neither me nor my wife can even dream of that possibility here in Africa.
Found some of your notes about house churches on-line, Ray. Have you seen one lately in the Stockton area?
Alas, not so far — the nearest I’ve found are in Modesto (40 miles away, and seeming more like a denominational church plant than a New Testament congregation) and Turlock (50 miles away; hope to check them out soon). If you have any leads, pleeeeease let me know.
Have you thought about moving to NW Arkansa?
Not really. Next place I go to, I want a coastline within walking distance — SoCal, Florida, Georgia, that kind of thing.
